for our counter salesmen. Such trainings will include the procedures
and operations of furnaces, air conditioners, refrigeration principles,
fireplaces, radiant tube heaters, the ins and outs of humidifiers
and air cleaners, the procedures for warranties at Allred's
Inc. and more. In doing these trainings, Allred's is keeping our
employees up to date on the most current changes in the HVAC world,
thus helping our customers as they come into the store. For further
