Standard Major Brand Warranty Policies:

Rheem: (warranty may vary depending on model #, always consult model specification sheet)

All residential equipment manufactured after 01/01/01 has a 5 year parts warranty - except for "F" series which have a one year ( ie. FGPJ, FGLJ, etc)
All residential equipment manufactured before 01/01/01 has a 1 year parts warranty - except for a 5 year warranty on the main board and induced draft motor
80+ furnaces have a 20 year heat exchanger warranty
90+ furnaces have a limited lifetime on the heat exchanger (current furnaces only)

Coleman: (warranty may vary depending on model #, consult model specification sheet)

2 years on parts; 10 years on heat exchanger

Williams: (warranty may vary depending on model #, consult model specification sheet)

1 year on parts; 10 years on heat exchanger
